MLHS Strength Coach Kyle Barth and Head Football Coach Erich Janousky design workouts for participants to become better ATHLETES across ALL SPORTS, utilizing traditional and revolutionary strength and athleticism building movements and strategies. Many other MLHS coaches also lead to help teach, guide and motivate athletes through their workouts so they are safe and experience growth and success. The purpose is to lead athletes in developing quickness, strength, coordination, flexibility, jumping and endurance. The MLHS Field House, Weight Room and Outdoor Track provide great venues for this program.

All Milwaukee Lutheran Athletes are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to utilize this program. Please bring necessary clothes and shoes to each session. Even those new to strength and athletic training should feel comfortable to learn as coaches will take the time to teach and oversee safety and growth in all athletes.
